What we believe
Four principles, enforced in code.
The human always sends
No AI in this product ever messages a customer. It drafts; you send. This is enforced structurally: the automation executor re-refuses send actions, and a config that enables automatic sending refuses to boot. We would rather lose a deal than ship a black box that talks to your customers.
Publish what you ship
We publish product scope, describe trade-offs, and state what is still in progress. A demo should match the workflow available in the current release.
Make data terms explicit
Workspace records are stored by the service. The deployment architecture and backup kit exist, but customer-hosted production use has not been validated and self-service export is unavailable today. Agree retention and exit terms before onboarding.
Measure everything that matters
1,000+ automated tests run on every change. Data migrations are rehearsed before they run. Every message and payment event is verified before it is processed. Boring discipline is the whole trick.
